Representative Services

Corporate and Limited Liability Company formations

RMFMC&B’s attorneys have experience forming all types of corporate entities, ranging from C-Corps. to Limited Liability Companies (LLCs).  In addition to preparing and submitting the necessary formation documents with the State, the firm’s business attorneys assist clients on drafting the documents needed to operate the business, including Shareholder Agreements, Operating Agreements, Partnership Agreements and By-Laws.

Not for Profit and 501(c)(3) Corporations

RMFMC&B regularly forms not for profit entities and assists not for profit corporations with becoming 501(c)(3) charitable organizations, including in the preparation and submission of documents with the IRS.  The IRS recently amended the rules for how 501(c)(3) applications can be filed.  RMFMC&B is familiar with the new online filing system and has successfully obtained 501(c)(3) status for its not for profit clients through the online system.

Contracts and Commercial Transactions

Contracts are an important part of any business operation.  At RMFMC&B, we draft, negotiate and review contracts for our business clients.  Contracts range from employment agreements to commercial loan agreements to agreements for the acquisition of commercial property to everything in between.  No matter the size or complexity of the Agreement, the firm’s attorneys are prepared to ensure your interests are protected and that your objectives are met.
